Alturas (mountaintop) is a group founded in the 70s within the context of the student movement. For thirty years, they have devoted their energies to the music of various Latin American countries in addition to the sounds of the Andes. Since 1990 the four singers and talented instrumentalists have been based in Spain and have performed throughout Europe.
